b|wise is a six-month structured mentoring experience that matches 10-12 young professionals with a “seasoned executive” for monthly meetings on leadership and personal development. New groups are being formed now (see below for instructions) and facilitator choice is first-come, first served.
Each participant will meet with their group and facilitator at a kick-off event on September 19, 2008:
• Your group will identify leadership topics of interest to discuss over 6 months.
• You’ll attend at least one 1-2 hour session per month (see facilitator profile for details).
• Your facilitator may recommend reading or activities outside of monthly
session.
• Maximum capacity for the program is 100 participants.
If you are committed to your personal growth and to support growth in others, follow these simple steps:
1. Review the facilitator profiles below
2. Choose your perfect match
3. Download and complete your profile
4. E-mail to bwise3.0@boiseyp.org
